Amavasya Krama | New Moon
New Moon – Amavasya Krama. Combines yin and full restorative (passive) postures. No standing postures, longer holds in the sitting postures, intended for meditation also. Soft natural breathing, and no overly activating in postures in general. Ideally practiced in the afternoon vs early morning. Amavasya Krama uses props in most postures, and includes focus on yin, restorative, the hips, meditation / inner awareness.
Also suitable if you are new to yoga.

Active and dynamic version of the Moon Sequence focused on shoulder and upper back mobility.
Strong and dynamic sequence, comparable to the primary series of Ashtanga yoga.
Gentle flowing sequence that combines vinyasa with yin yoga.
Therapeutic and balancing vinyasa sequence. Also suitable if you are completely new to yoga or if you have an injury.
