I like to keep things as simple and cost-effective as possible. Below you can find the ticket options available to you. Please note that single drop-in is not possible for the self practice classes unless you have an established practice (Vinyasa Krama, Ashtanga, or other). I recommend the weekend intensive workshop (see 'Workshops') or a few private classes to get a good start to your practice.
